Please note: There is a minimum charge of £100 per booking regardless of the time required.
2010 Prices
Wedding ceremonies: from £150
Includes 30 mins pre ceremony music and 3 specific pieces which can be all requests and not necessarily from my repertoire for the ceremony itself.
Receptions etc: from £75/hour
Functions: from £75/hour

Ceremony + drinks reception (1.5 hrs): from £225
Ceremony + drinks reception (1.5 hrs) + wedding breakfast (2 hours): from £350
Additional music
Any additional pieces that you may require for your event (which are not in my repertoire) can be performed (as long as the music is suited to my harp) at an additional fee of £50 per piece.

Booking confirmations: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
Travel: I will travel up to 1.5 hours without charging mileage. If your wedding is outside this area then please contact me for a specific quote
Cancellation:
If you cancel up to a month before the event then the full fee is payable.
The deposit is non refundable.
If I cancel (due to illness/ unforeseen circumstances) I will endeavour to replace the music for your event at no extra charge. However I cannot guarantee that this will be with a harpist. I also cannot guarantee that I will be able to replace the music choices. However will I make every effort (within reason) to attend your event/supply replacement live music.
Other:
Venue/client will be expected to provide a chair at the venue along with a suitable space to play in and adequate lighting. My harp is very portable so a change of location within the venue is acceptable within reason.
Information on the booking forms must be checked by the client. Any mistakes are the clients responsibility. Please ensure the venue address and time of arrival are correct.
Please allow one months notice for all music requests. Any requests later than this cannot be guaranteed to be honoured.
A parking space shall be provided that is near enough to the venue so the harp can be unloaded easily. The car can be re-parked elsewhere after unloading if necessary.
It would be appreciated if directions to a venue are given if a) there is no postcode available and/or b) the venue is difficult to find.
If the harp is required to be amplified a suitable power point shall be provided. I carry a 5m extension lead with me so any distances further than this will have to have power supplied to the PA by the client/venue.
